Absolute Smiles Bassendean is seeking an experienced, friendly and highly organised Front Office Coordinator to join our team on Saturdays from 8am – 1pm.
This is an excellent prospect for an experienced person who enjoys providing exceptional patient care and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
About the Role:
Opening and closing of the practice
Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments
Answering phones and handling patient enquiries
Processing payments and health fund claims
Coordinating recalls and follow up appointments
Liaising with dentists and the clinical team
Maintaining accurate patient records
Completing end-of-day banking and balancing the daily takings
Assisting with the smooth running of the practice
About you:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar dental front office role
Previous experience using D4W’s software (preferred but not essential)
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A positive, team-focused attitude
A robust work ethic with a reliable, proactive and skilled approach
Excellent attention to detail
