Pendo is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for the ANZ region to own accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You will lead technical strategy for complex deployments and partner with account teams to drive retention and value.
This role is based in our Sydney office. You will identify customer pain, deliver tailored demos, lead evaluations, and contribute reusable playbooks and processes that elevate the broader Customer Engineering team.
