Occupational Physiotherapist- Perth
Full time role with a combination of onsite physiotherapy work with our corporate clients and work from home. Services provided are as follows, but not limited to: onsite physiotherapy, injury management, telehealth physiotherapy, risk assessment, office ergonomics and training services. Remuneration package of $90,000 - $100,000 (plus superannuation) based on experience, negotiable with right candidate. For this role, there is also the potential to have access to a fully maintained motor vehicle to travel to and from site with.
We are seeking expressions of interest for Physiotherapists to join our team within our boutique clinic at Biosymm Belmont for those wanting a little less "hands-on" stress in their life but keen to keep their clinical problem-solving hat on and develop their Occupational Physiotherapy skills.
What you need:
Qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid active listening skills and emotional intelligence
Willingness to add and develop a positive work culture
Exhibit resilience and ability to think and problem solve in high pressure situations
Demonstrate empathy and a passion to learn and grow quickly in alignment with a quick, growing national organisation
Biosymm Employee Benefits Include:
Monthly PD sessions with external providers, as well as internal occupational physiotherapy training. You will be paid for your time to attend these sessions
PD allowance- 50% Biosymm co-contribution up to a total of $1500 for courses relating to your role (resets per financial year)
Occupational Physiotherapy Titling- as part of our responsibility within the profession and the largest employer of occupationally trained Physiotherapists we will cover fees to anyone wanting to pursue titling with the APA
