Head of Operations | Brand Activations & Promotions | Sydney

Rare senior opportunity at a Sydney creative activations agency working with some of the world's largest alcohol and hospitality brands. 17 years in the game, growing quick, and looking for someone to lead our operations and delivery function.

Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll own the delivery machine end-to-end, leading the team that turns client briefs into brand activations, consumer promotions, and integrated campaigns across venues nationally.

What the role covers:
Leading and developing the account and activations team
Owning end-to-end delivery of brand activations and consumer promotions across multi-venue programs nationally
Running production planning, supplier management, timelines and event execution
Managing our national supplier network across production, print, kitting, signage, fulfilment
Setting delivery process, quality standards, and team ways of working
Working with the Directors on agency growth, client strategy and recent business
Being the senior escalation point for client teams on delivery matters
7+ years in brand activation,



consumer promotion, or agency delivery leadership
Deep expertise in the alcohol / hospitality / on-premise space
Proven track record leading teams: you've built and led a delivery function before
Sharp operational discipline: you can run 20 briefs at once, own multiple concurrent campaigns, and never miss a detail
Solid commercial operator, you understand agency P&L;, resource utilisation, and project profitability
A trusted supplier network across production, print, kitting, signage, talent and fulfilment
Calm under pressure, sharp with clients, respected by teams
Right to work in Australia

$110–130k base + super (commensurate with experience)
