Remote Road Maintenance Crew
Approx. 250km west/southwest of Mareeba
Start approx. 3rd August – 2–3 months (may run until November)
DIDO role, camp onsite (own camp preferred; camp kitchen & shower provided)
Rostered shifts, team-focused, clean habits essential
Qualifications & Experience
Grader / Roller / HR–MC Truck
Current Driver’s License
Construction Induction Card (White/Blue)
Minimum 2 years’ civil experience preferred
Two contactable references
Tasks & Responsibilities
Work independently or in a team
Willing to work overtime & some weekends
Fit for work & able to undertake Drug/Alcohol testing if required
Follow instructions & communicate clearly
Daily prestart, greasing & equipment care
Complete daily dockets accurately
Reliable, punctual, hard‑working
Mechanical knowledge & willingness to assist with maintenance is a bonus
Casual Work – Valuable number of hours - may lead into full time for the right candidate
