Hatch, in partnership with Suntory Oceania, is seeking a fixed-term R&D; Laboratory Specialist to maintain the R&D; lab and pilot plant to GMP standards. You will coordinate equipment calibration, manage scheduling, liaise with contractors, prepare samples, support development trials and ensure compliance with documentation.
Ideal candidates will hold a Food Science degree, have laboratory experience, solid communication, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
