The Opportunity

We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support our high-performing Perth DFO Outlet . This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, supporting and developing your team, and delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience. Working closely with your Store Manager, you’ll help elevate performance while maintaining the premium standards synonymous with Oroton.

Permanent full‑time | Tuesday–Saturday roster

What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire your team to become confident Oroton brand ambassadors while fostering a positive store culture
Support daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience, and performance management
Drive sales performance, achieving targets and KPIs in a fast‑paced environment
Deliver elevated visual merchandising and promotional execution in partnership with the VM team




Collaborate with regional, state, and national leaders to implement store strategies and drive performance

What You Bring
Proven retail leadership experience with a solid track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Strong clienteling skills and high attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a rapid‑paced, high‑volume retail environment
A natural eye for styling and passion for luxury products
Experience in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
Confidence delivering visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
A positive, energetic attitude that inspires and motivates your team
