Responsibilities
Provide excellent phone‑based customer service and represent the Hy‑Tec brand
Take orders, finalize sales, and batch concrete to specific mix designs




Schedule rostering and truck movements using software
Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements
Order raw materials as needed

What You Will Need To Succeed
Experience in a similar role and confidence with computers (Command/Jonel batching systems) would be highly regarded
Robust communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
Plant Operator experience (FEL preferred)
Proven ability to prioritize work effectively in a rapid‑paced workplace
