About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the showroom by supporting the Store Manager and leading the team from the front.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the showroom
Leading, coaching, and inspiring the sales team to achieve sales targets
Delivering an exceptional customer experience
Supporting inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
Driving promotional activities and sales initiatives




Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the store
Building robust relationships with customers and the local community

About You

You'll be a passionate retail leader who enjoys developing people and achieving results.

You'll Bring
Previous experience in a retail leadership role, such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor
Robust leadership and coaching skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
A commercial mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
Confidence managing stock, merchandising, and daily store operations
An interest in furniture, homewares, or interior styling will be highly regarded
