Job Description
This permanent, part‑time opportunity offers hands on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
As the Second in Charge (2IC), you’ll be a key leader in delivering high‑quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in before and after school care or education is desirable but not essential – we can train you.
Thrives in a quick‑paced setting and still has the enthusiasm of a child.
Confident communicator with children, parents, team members and school principals.
Robust team player with excellent problem‑solving skills and a can‑do, positive attitude.
Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun.
Relevant diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
