$36.65 – $39.91 per hour + super. Pay is at least 5% above award rate.

Responsibilities

As a Goodstart Educator you will work alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs for children. You will ensure a secure, inclusive environment where every child thrives and feels valued, supporting the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and maintaining a cooperative, high‑quality early learning team.

You’ll Need
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Current NSW Working with Children Check.
Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.
