Delta is seeking a Payroll Project Implementation Lead to drive end‑to‑end payroll implementations from configuration to go‑live at our NSW base. You will act as the payroll SME, ensure compliance with awards and legislation, and coordinate testing, training, and post‑live support.

You will collaborate with HRIS, payroll and ERP vendors, manage risks, and communicate project milestones to stakeholders. Experience with complex award interpretation and change management is highly valued.
