One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Security Ops Engineer in Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane .

Skills/Experience
Experience embedding automated security checks within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Artifactory, CycloneDX, and Fortify.
Understanding of secure coding practices across common languages (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript) to support code review, threat modelling, and vulnerability identification.
Ability to develop and maintain security-focused automation scripts to support configuration validation, testing, deployment, and repeatable security controls.
Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining security gates, controls, and compliance automation within DevOps workflows, ensuring alignment with secure-by-design principles.
