We're currently looking for a friendly and outgoing Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

Our Service Department is built on exceptional customer service, ensuring long term relationships are built and maintained with all customers, so we're looking for someone with fantastic interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining our excellent reputation.

You'll be responsible for
Providing assistance to both Customers and Service Department staff
Developing and maintaining positive relations with both customers and vehicle manufacturers
Building & developing recent Service Sales opportunities
Costing and invoicing of customer repair orders
Processing Service Claims/Warranty claims once customer Repair orders are completed





While any prior experience and/or knowledge of the automotive industry would be highly regarded, it is not essential and we welcome applications from candidates who have worked in other customer service focused industries.

High standards of professionalism
A clean drivers licence with no restrictions
A friendly team-player attitude
Ability to achieve manufacturer KPIs and internal financial targets
Reliability and an honest work ethic
Competent IT skills, proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office and eraPower DMS systems.

This is a full time role working Monday - Friday.
