About The Role

We’re looking for a Forklift Operator to join our Cobram team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth warehouse operations and supporting production by safely and efficiently handling materials in a cold storage environment. In this position, you will work a combination of Day & Night shifts on a Lifestyle roster. Our Cobram facility is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the shifts will run from 6am‑6pm and 6pm‑6am.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts (Counterbalance or Reach) to move, store, and deliver materials and consumables.
Use RF scanning to maintain stock accuracy.
Schedule and unload incoming goods.
Control and issue orders for production.
Maintain warehouse and storage areas,



ensuring stock accuracy and compliance with OH&S; standards.

About You
Valid forklift licence with hands‑on experience operating Counterbalance or Reach forklifts.
Ability to work in a cold storage workplace and adapt to shift work.
Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) and ideally experience with SAP.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Solid problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude.
