The Role
We’re looking for an Intermediate or Senior Accountant who wants more than just compliance work.
You’ll work directly with clients from day one, gaining exposure across a broad mix of accounting, tax and advisory.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of financial statements
Preparation and lodgement of tax returns
BAS and ongoing compliance work
SMSF accounting and tax (experience desirable, not essential)
Regular ATO liaison and correspondence
Working directly with clients and responding to queries
About You
2+ years’ experience in public practice (Intermediate) or 4–5+ years (Senior)
Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent
Strong understanding of Australian tax principles
Experience with Xero, MYOB, BGL or similar systems
Robust communication skills—you’re comfortable dealing with clients
High attention to detail
Studying or completed CA / CPA / IPA (or willing to undertake)
