About the Role
As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will:
Assist customers with enquiries across our dealership.
Build robust relationships by understanding customers' needs and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing journey.
Present and demonstrate the Mazda range and our quality used vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm.
Handle walk-in, phone and online enquiries professionally.
Use our CRM system to manage leads, customer communication and follow-up activities.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership goals.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and enjoys helping people.
Previous experience in automotive sales is highly regarded but not essential, as full on-the-job training and Mazda product training will be provided.
Is motivated to achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
Brings energy, confidence and professionalism to every customer interaction.
Builds rapport easily and communicates effectively.
Is organised, self-motivated and eager to learn.
Enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Holds a current Australian driver's licence.
