Capability HR is partnering with a multi-site healthcare organisation based in Dural, NSW, seeking a true stand-alone HR Manager. You will own the full employee lifecycle across centres, blending day-to-day advisory work with longer‑term improvements in systems, processes, and leadership capability.

Reporting to the CEO, you will coach managers, ensure Fair Work Act and Contemporary Awards compliance, manage Employment Hero, and help shape a high‑performing, compliant culture across NSW, ACT and VIC.
