Elders is seeking an Enterprise Applications Support Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Customer Service and other enterprise applications.
The role is customer-facing within the Enterprise Systems team, focusing on fault diagnosis, incident management, and knowledge sharing across Finance, Procurement, Inventory and Supply Chain functions. 5+ years of ERP/enterprise app support experience is preferred.
