Conveniently located at 18 Dimboola Road, Warracknabeal, it sits midway between Melbourne and Adelaide.

In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based physical activity interventions for community health outpatients, with potential to support acute and aged care patients as needed.

To be successful, you will need:




A qualification in Clinical Exercise Physiology or equivalent with ESSA accreditation (Graduate Diploma or Master’s preferred)
Strong understanding of primary care and chronic disease management
Demonstrated client-focused approach in assessment, monitoring, and evaluation
Experience with group exercise programs for adults and older adults
Commitment to rural community health needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid computer literacy
Current Level 2 First Aid and CPR
Up-to-date flu vaccination
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Police Check and NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)
