Kimberley Cafe, Kununurra located in the beautiful East Kimberley region, is looking for a Chef Applicant must be:
experienced in cafe/restaurant operations;
Have short order cooking experience;
able to work unsupervised as well as in a team;
creative and show positive attention to detail;
Punctual and reliable.

Salary/ wage will vary depending on experience. Job Duties: Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Oversee and manage kitchen operations Clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities Train apprentices and other kitchen staff. Catering Takeaway Foods Additional Duties: Menu planning Food shopping Recording food temperature
