We are seeking casual Cellar Door Ambassadors in our new state of the art Morris Cellar Door, coupled with unforgettable wine and whisky experiences and an insight in the picturesque region of Rutherglen, Victoria.

By creating an atmosphere that seamlessly blends tradition with a up-to-date wine and whisky experience, we will be providing a unique getaway for travel and wine/whisky enthusiasts alike.

In the new state of the art bar facilities a Cellar Door Ambassador's role involves providing wine tastings, sales and showcasing unique and memorable styles of cocktails and mixed drinks using the finest Spirits, Wine & Fortifieds Morris are world renowned for.

This is a hands-on role which suits a highly organised, motivated, and proactive individual who works well in a team.

Requirements:
Responsibility of daily setup, operations and maintenance of bar
Develop new styles of mixed drinks & cocktails
Assist in wine tasting experiences and sales
Managing stock and orders with the Cellar Door team
Accurately record tasting stock
Adherence to all stated WHS procedures and practices
Conduct your work safely, efficiently and diligently at all times

Skills & Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a hospitality environment
Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
Effective time management and problem-solving skills
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Current Food Handler Certificate
Sales and customer service experience
Flexible to work across a weekly roster, including weekends
Mixology experience (desirable)
Cellar Door experience (desirable)

All selected applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol test.
