Bull Motor Bodies is excited to announce a new opportunity to join our growing national network as Commercial Manager. The Commercial Manager is a right-hand leadership role to the National Manager, Business & Operations, established to give Bull Motor Bodies (BMB) a dedicated, appropriately senior owner of national commercial strategy and key account relationships.

About the Role

The role is accountable for BMB's Tier-1 and key account relationships nationally, dealer network partnerships, and the national sales and business development pipeline, delivered through a small, growing team of Fleet Account Coordinators.

The Commercial Manager is expected to be a genuine deputy on commercial matters: representing BMB with Tier-1 clients and dealer partners, briefing and supporting the National Manager, Business & Operations on account management and opportunity, and utilising the systems, documentation, and processes that lets the commercial function keep pace with the branch network as recent states come online. The role interacts with branches across every state to ensure client requirements are understood, upheld and delivered in an accountable and skilled manner.





What We Are Looking For

Minimum 7 years' experience in a senior national or multi-site account/commercial management role, ideally within the automotive, fleet, or manufacturing industries or a business, commerce or finance qualification

Proven track record managing Tier-1/major accounts and delivering national sales or business development outcomes

Demonstrated people leadership experience, including building and developing a small team

Highly developed written, oral, negotiation, and presentation skills

Solid networks and knowledge of the Australian automotive and fleet management industry

Willingness and ability to travel nationally, as required.

Experience business development and account management function (quoting, CRM discipline etc)

Exposure to franchise, dealership network, or multi-site/multi-state commercial environments

Experience supporting a company's expansion into new states or markets

Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as MYOB or similar
