BMD Group is seeking a capable Human Resources Officer to support the Tonkin Extension Project. This site-based fixed term role will contribute to end-to-end HR and IR activities, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workforce culture on site at Byford.

Reporting to the Project HR Manager, you will recruit white-collar staff, provide HR guidance, manage relocations, and help develop policies and initiatives to meet project objectives.
