About the Role We are urgently looking for a reliable, passionate, and rapid-learning Asian Wok Cook to join our team for an immediate start.

This is a full time position that requires night and weekend availability. You will work closely with the Head Chef, assisting with high-volume preparation, bulk cooking, and maintaining our high culinary and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen & Cooking Operations: Perform bulk cooking, wok cooking, and prepare specialized sauces and marinades according to store procedures. Menu Development: Assist the Head Chef in developing and updating menu items, including preparing food to meet special dietary requirements. Food Safety & Hygiene:



Strictly adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation procedures.

Team Leadership: Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as required. Support: Report directly to the Head Chef, follow instructions efficiently, and contribute to light customer service tasks when needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as an Asian Wok Cook or in a similar fast-paced Asian kitchen setting. Cooking & Prep Skills: Robust background in food preparation, bulk cooking, and handling high-volume service. Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy is essential to complete our digital and online franchise training procedures.

Attributes: A genuine passion for food, strong work ethic, customer-service mindset, and the ability to learn processes quickly. Availability: Versatile to work nights and weekends across our 7-day roster.
