Alya is seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join a growing support team in the Gympie and Sunshine Coast Region.

We are looking for someone to support a male participant with cerebral palsy in Gympie. We are looking for Support Workers who enjoy working in a structured, person-centred environment where relationships, consistency and team work matters.

This role offers reliable hours and the opportunity to become part of a dedicated support team making a real difference in someone’s day-to-day life.

About the role:
You will be part of a small team supporting a participant living with a neurological condition. Support focuses on daily living assistance, personal care, mobility support, behaviour management and maintaining a protected and comfortable home setting.
Training and clinical guidance will be provided by our Registered Nurse to ensure staff feel confident and supported in delivering care.

Typical supports may include:
Personal care and manual handling assistance
Supporting daily routines and household tasks
Community access and appointments
Working collaboratively with other support workers in the team




Monitoring wellbeing and communicating observations to the team
