About Us

Belong O&G; is a well-established and highly regarded specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology practice located in North Adelaide, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to women throughout all stages of their healthcare journey.

The Role

This is a part time position, 3 days per week, however flexibility is desirable to assist with annual leave and staff sick leave when required.

Key Responsibilities
Welcoming patients and providing a skilled and compassionate first point of contact.
Answering and directing incoming phone calls in an efficient and courteous manner
Processing patient accounts and payments
Hospital theatre lists and billing
Medicare and private patient billing




Processing private health fund claims and HICAPS transactions

Skills & Experience
Previous medical reception experience preferred
Experience using Genie medical software will be highly regarded
Understanding of Medicare billing, private health fund billing and HICAPS advantageous
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
