Join this leading consumer Healthcare provider who provides hospital and healthcare across Australia with sites operating in every state.
The Story
This role will be a 6 month+ daily rate contract with a possible view to extend. The initial focus for this role is the modern workplace; the rollout of desktops, laptops, printers/print servers and productivity apps (Exchange migration to M365, File servers to Share Point), Windows 10->11 upgrades, device images.
The PM needs to have a technical understanding of these domains (including device management and end user profile management) and be able to manage the logistics of deployment across many sites, have valuable understanding of software licencing models.
The Role
The right person for the role will utilise their expertise in infrastructure project management and have specifically managed up-to-date workplace projects.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Project Management 10+ Years.
Project Management of Modern Workplace
Exposure to Hybrid Agile / Waterfall Methodologies.
Managed and maintained project documentation
Raised and had oversight of project related technical CAB submissions and meetings
Excellent verbal comms and expertise engaging with peers, technical teams, vendors and stakeholders at all levels
Solid written comms having produced Status Reports and Steer Co updates with content suitable up to C Level.
Microsoft Suite of Project Management Tools
Experience working with vendors
Robust and resilience to work in a busy environment
Very robust customer focus
Ability to work a hybrid environment with 3 days in office and 2 from home
