About the Role

We're on the lookout for a Strata Manager to join our growing team on the Central Coast.

We're open to experienced Strata Managers, or a Strata Assistant / Support team member who's ready to step up into a management role.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same. You'll be:
Managing your own portfolio of buildings
Building strong, trusted relationships with owners, committees, and contractors
Coordinating and attending meetings (AGMs, committee meetings), including agendas and minutes
Arranging and overseeing quotes, works, and maintenance
Ensuring compliance with by-laws and current legislation
Chairing meetings and guiding committees with confidence
Delivering a high level of service (we're big on the "wow" moments)
Supporting and collaborating across the wider team

What We're Looking For

We're less about ticking boxes and more about finding the right person - but ideally, you'll bring:




Experience in strata management (or ready to step up into the role)
Strong knowledge of current strata legislation
Explicit, confident communication skills
A proactive, organised approach to your work
The ability to manage your time and priorities independently
A genuine service mindset
Attention to detail and follow-through
A sense of humour - we like people who enjoy coming to work
