Stamford Plaza Adelaide is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead our F&B; team with a primary focus on Banquets & Events, while overseeing Terrace Gardens Restaurant, Cascades Cocktail Lounge, In-Room Dining and banquets.

You will drive conferences, weddings, galas and large events, aligning with Sales & Events and hotel leadership to exceed guest expectations and achieve revenue targets. A hands-on leader with robust commercial acumen and people development is essential.
