IBM is seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll specialist to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize ECP solutions across global payroll settings. The role covers payroll schemas, wage types, and integrations with HR and finance systems.
You will support EC-to-ECP replication, perform testing (SIT/UAT), and contribute to country rollouts. A Bachelor's (and preferably Master's) in IS/CS/HRIS is expected with 7+ years of SAP Payroll experience and ECP SF certification.
