Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, customer-oriented Cafe all rounder to join our team. As a Cafe all-rounder you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring our guests have a pleasant dining experience. You will also assist with maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently
Ability to make 3-4kgs of coffee a day.



Latte art skills highly desireable
Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and professionalism
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly
Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed

Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team player
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and organization
