We are looking to hire a Service Receptionist to join our busy and growing dealership. This role is an integral part of our service team, our receptionist has the opportunity to leave a long lasting first impression and sets the tone for the overall experience of our valued customers.

Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and emails in a polite, professional, and helpful manner.
Provide quotations to customers on desired work and repair costs.
Give updates on progress and estimated completion times.
Make customer appointments and convert enquiries into bookings.
Administrative tasks as required.




Confirm future appointments and bookings with customers.

Highly motivated and self-driven
Able to work efficiently without constant direction
Robust communication and organisational skills
