About the Role

We are seeking expressions of interest for Graduate Engineers to join various divisions within the Australasian Halliburton team. This diverse entry‑level role will include field, laboratory, and office‑based duties. You will mainly be responsible for developing skills to provide technical interpretation and operational assistance at client well sites during operations.

This position reports internally to our Technical Professional Leaders and will be offered at an Associate Technical Professional level on a Monday to Friday roster based at either our Perth or Brisbane office. You will also be required to travel to remote sites on a rotational basis as part of your job duties.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in pre‑job planning, field level execution, and post‑job documentation.




Tailor solutions to meet customer requirements and commercial expectations.
Develop relationships with customers and professionally communicate solutions.
Work alongside operations to develop equipment‑based knowledge.
Interpret well site data for post‑job analysis.

Role Requirements
Undergraduate STEM degree qualification.
Commitment to developing a long‑term energy industry career.
Able to travel and work hands‑on in remote locations.
Team player with versatile and adaptable mindset.
Strong safety attitude and operational awareness.
