You must have a genuine passion for real estate, keen to learn across the full investment lifecycle within a lean, high-performing team.

What You'll Need
2 to 4 years' experience in investment banking, M&A; transaction services, engineering advisory, or direct investing
Finance, commerce, engineering or law degree from a top university
Robust analytical and financial modelling skills
Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a small, founder-led team
