Coach managers and teams to apply therapeutic frameworks
Guide practice using evidence, data, and reflective tools
Support compliance with legislation and quality standards
Build capability through coaching, training, and feedback
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
Degree in Social Work, Psychology,
or related field
Proven expertise in Out of Home Care or child protection
Solid knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic models
Ability to coach, train, and influence diverse teams
Commitment to cultural safety and inclusivity
