North West Queensland seeks a hands-on Geologist to be embedded in an autonomous crew, supporting underground stoping, mapping, grade control and data collection. The role offers ownership and direct influence on mine development with solid operational exposure. You will work with mining contractors to optimise production, perform stope notes and reporting, and contribute to geological modelling and QAQC.

Independent decision‑making within a crew workplace is essential, and a geology degree
