Murrumbidgee Local Health District is seeking a Palliative Care Social Worker to support people with life-limiting conditions and their families. You will collaborate with the Specialist Palliative Care Team to provide psychosocial input and ease transitions of care. The role involves psychosocial assessment, counselling, liaising with care providers, and supervising students.
A Social Work degree with AASW eligibility and at least three years' clinical health experience is preferred.
