What You'll Do
Diagnose enterprise clients' toughest operational problems and translate them into explicit technical KPIs.
Turn ambiguous requirements into robust engineering designs and execution plans.
Build and integrate production AI agents directly on top of clients' legacy infrastructure.
Own the full lifecycle — from problem definition to launch and optimization.
Drive live-environment reliability, latency, and performance.





Who You Are
3+ years of hands-on software engineering — you prove it by building, not talking.
Robust track record in technical problem-solving, from coding to architecture.
A business translator who can scope solutions with sales and product teams.
High-agency: you set direction and drive decisions through ambiguity.
