Pastel Pines International (Australia) is looking to recruit casual process workers to join the team immediately at our site located in South Windsor.

We are a home fragrance, candles, essential oil, and home decor manufacturer with over 30 years of experience supplying products to some of Australia's well-known customers.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role's regular working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, although extra hours/weekend work is required. The working hours may also vary depending on the production demand.

The ideal candidates will be passionate, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a busy production environment. You will be responsible for the optimal running of our production lines, packaging, and other general factory duties while being accountable for safety, quality, and production output in line with the business KPIs.





Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Set up, change over and operate filling and packing machines – training will be provided if needed.
Manually assemble products, including filling, packaging, and labelling.
Picking and packing orders for dispatch to customers.
Monitor the product's quality throughout the filling/packing run and make appropriate adjustments to maintain quality and compliance.
Be accountable for the set production target for your assigned workstation.
Complying with all health, safety, and quality requirements and procedures the business outlines.

What you'll need to succeed:
Familiar and comfortable in a busy manufacturing setting.
Be able to lift and perform repetitive manual tasks.
Ability to think on your feet and have a can-do attitude.
Valuable communication skills - both verbal and written.
Be well presented at all times.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
A teamwork mindset is a must.
