Alignerr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Expert (AI Training) to author high-fidelity reasoning traces that teach LLMs to plan, reason, and act step by step across complex tasks.
This fully remote, hourly contract role offers 10–40 hours per week and the chance to work on frontier AI projects with leading research labs. Independent, async work is supported.
You'll review traces, design data strategies, and apply senior ML insights to improve model reasoning and reliability.
