Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder, Technology Lead at Bernwy.
The primary responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of the Bernwy platform, driving technology strategy, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of the software.
The co-founder will be responsible for building the key technology teams, such as product development, system architecture, and the engineering team. Collaboration with marketing and sales to align technology with business goals is also part of the role.
Qualifications
Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities
Experience in product management and development
Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Technical expertise in software development and system architecture
Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
Prior experience in the property management or real estate tech industry is a plus
