As the Restaurant and Bars Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our hotel’s dynamic food and beverage scene. From overseeing daily operations to inspiring the team to deliver world‑class service, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest feels seen, heard, and delighted.

What You’ll Do:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of our restaurants and bars, supporting a team of passionate attendants
Ensure high service standards that reflect Kimpton’s personality and IHG’s True Hospitality values
Drive upselling and suggestive selling strategies to maximise revenue opportunities
Monitor and control stock, cash handling,



and cost efficiencies in line with hotel procedures
Lead by example in guest engagement, ensuring warm welcomes, personal recognition, and prompt issue resolution
Support the Food & Beverage Duty Manager in rostering, ordering, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Champion a protected and inclusive workplace through WH&S; practices and RSA compliance

What We’re Looking For:
Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel food and beverage setting
A hands‑on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
A natural motivator who leads a team with energy and enthusiasm
Sound knowledge of stock control, service sequences, and cash procedures
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is essential
Availability to work a adaptable rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
