North Melbourne Recreation Centre, operated by YMCA Victoria, is seeking a Lifeguard Team Leader for a part time role in Melbourne. You will lead the lifeguard team, recruit, train, and schedule staff while supporting plant room operations and safety protocols.

This includes supervising incident reporting, health and safety committee activities, and audits. Responsibilities also cover rostering and payroll, monthly reporting and invoicing, and coordinating with other centre leaders to ensure
