We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our growing Statutory Insurance NSW - Workers' Compensation practice working with a highly regarded team based in our Sydney or Newcastle office.
Minimum of five years' post-admission experience in personal injury claims, specifically Workers' Compensation. This role offers genuine growth and clear career progression within a supportive setting.
Responsibilities
Work closely with partners and other team members across Newcastle and Sydney.
Manages client relationships and provides superior client service.
Mentor and supervise junior team members.
Organise and prioritise work effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum five years' post‐admission experience in the personal injury space, specifically Workers' Compensation on the defendant side.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
Excellent technical, analytical and drafting skills with keen attention to detail.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Solid commitment to client service.
Willingness and ability to mentor and supervise junior team members.
Ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
