We are seeking an experienced Reporting & Analytics Analyst with solid Power BI expertise to support commercial, customer-facing projects. This role will focus on BAU reporting activities, enabling subject matter experts to dedicate more time to key project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to support business insights.
Perform BAU reporting and analytics tasks to ensure continuity and data accuracy.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Assist in data validation, cleansing, and preparation to support reliable reporting.
Identify prospects for process improvements within reporting and analytics workflows.
Support project goals by freeing SMEs from routine reporting, allowing them to focus on strategic deliverables.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Reporting & Analytics Analyst.
Strong understanding of data modelling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Experience working on commercial, customer-facing projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
Familiarity with SQL, ETL processes, and other BI tools.
Experience supporting large-scale business transformation or commercial projects.
