About the role

We are seeking for an ICT Customer Support Officer to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems across our Adelaide SA campus. You'll provide hands-on technical support to staff, students, and the wider school community, helping to create a positive and effective learning atmosphere through reliable technology management.

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

▪ Responding to service requests with professionalism and efficiency

▪ Supporting users with software installations, account access, password resets, and connectivity issues

▪ Assisting with software deployment, updates, and configuration across supported platforms

▪ Providing basic support for network connectivity, Wi-Fi access, and user account management





▪ Troubleshooting and resolving issues across technologies such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers, printers, routers, modems and business applications

▪ Monitoring devices, servers and networks to ensure proper operation and detect issues before they affect business operations

▪ Repairing, replacing or arranging replacement of faulty ICT hardware, cabling and peripheral devices

▪ Documenting service requests, troubleshooting steps, test results and resolutions

▪ Delivering exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly
