Skills/Experience
/n
/n
10+ years experience in performance testing and performance engineering across large, complex systems.
/n
Proven ability to define, maintain, and apply enterprise performance testing guardrails aligned to the Enterprise framework.
/n
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining performance testing roadmaps, with explicit delivery paths, milestones, and maturity uplift goals.
/n
Robust hands‐on expertise with enterprise performance testing tools (e.g. Load Runner), including scripting, execution, and tuning.
/n
Experience operating in large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and delivery streams.
/n/n
