Role Description

This is a full time remote for an Australian Lawyer or Migration Agent. There may be times required for attendance at our offices, client meetings and or corporate events.

The role involves providing legal advice and assistance to clients on migration matters, preparing and reviewing legal documentation, staying updated with migration laws and regulations, and representing clients in relevant proceedings.

The successful candidate will also engage with clients regularly to address their concerns and guide them through complex legal processes with professionalism and expertise.

Qualifications




Solid understanding of Australian legal frameworks, migration laws, and regulatory policies
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and submissions
Excellent client communication, relationship management, and advocacy skills
Critical thinking and problem‐solving abilities, with attention to detail
Relevant degrees or certifications, such as a legal qualification or migration agent registration
Ability to work independently and remotely, with robust time‐management skills
Experience in migration services or a legal setting is preferred
