We're partnering with a well-established Design & Construction contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit out and defence projects across Sydney.

With a strong project pipeline and continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their collaborative pre-construction team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a diverse range of projects, from commercial workplace fit outs through to secure defence facilities.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and competitive tenders while working closely with the delivery and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
Review drawings, specifications and project documentation
Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier pricing
Conduct quantity take-offs and cost planning




Identify value engineering prospects
Work closely with project managers and clients throughout the tender process
Assist with budgeting and procurement planning

About You
Previous experience as an Estimator within commercial construction or fit out
Robust understanding of Australian construction methods and pricing
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
Solid attention to detail and commercial acumen
Experience with defence projects is highly regarded but not essential

Essential Requirement Due to the nature of the projects, you must be an Australian Citizen and be eligible to obtain the required security clearances.
